Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions

All items bought during the Black Friday Sale (23 October – 30 November 2026) are final sale and cannot be returned. Faulty items are still covered (see section 4).

1. The promotion

  1. The Libra Black Friday Sale (the “Sale”) is run by Libra Cases (“Libra”, “we”, “us”).
  2. The Sale starts at 12:00 am on Friday 23 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on Monday 30 November 2026 (Cyber Monday), [time zone, e.g. US Pacific Time].
  3. The Sale applies only to orders placed on libracases.com during the Sale period. It does not apply to orders placed before or after it, or to other sellers.
  4. By placing an order during the Sale, you agree to these terms. They apply in addition to our standard Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If they conflict, these terms apply to Sale orders.

2. The offers

  1. Sale prices. Selected items are discounted by up to 50% off the regular price shown on the product page. The discount for each item is shown on its product page.
  2. Bundles. Selected bundles are discounted by up to 60% off the combined regular price. Bundle items are sold together and can only be bought as a bundle.
  3. Free gift. While stocks last, orders containing 2 bags receive a free jewellery box, and orders containing 3 or more bags receive a free jewellery box and a free cosmetic bag. Only bags count towards this offer; accessories do not. A bag set counts as [1 bag / the number of bags in the set]. The gift is added automatically and has no cash value. Gift colours are chosen by us.
  4. Email and SMS codes. We may send extra discount codes to email and SMS subscribers at set times during the Sale. Codes are valid only for the period stated in the message, can be used once per customer, and cannot be combined with other codes [or used on bundles].
  5. Only one discount code can be used per order. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to past orders, or used on gift cards.
  6. If you return or cancel part of an order (where returns are allowed), the free gift or bundle price may no longer apply. We may deduct the gift’s listed value or the bundle discount from your refund.

3. Stock, prices and changes

  1. All offers are subject to availability. Some items, colours or gifts may sell out during the Sale.
  2. Prices and discounts may change during the Sale. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
  3. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
  4. We may change, pause or end any offer (including the free gift) at any time, for example if stock runs out. This will not affect orders already placed.
  5. We may limit quantities per customer and cancel orders we reasonably believe are for resale or misuse a code.

4. Returns and refunds

  1. Sale items cannot be returned. All items bought during the Sale are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because you changed your mind, for example if you no longer want the item or chose the wrong colour.
  2. Faulty items. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Contact us at support@libracases.com within 30-days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law. Our 1-year warranty also still applies. To do

5. Shipping

  1. Because of high order volumes during the Sale, orders may take extra business days to be processed and shipped.
  2. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  3. To receive your order before Christmas, please order by 14 december]. We can’t guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after that date.

6. General

  1. We may update these terms during the Sale. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
