Can I return my order?
We hope you love your purchase! If not, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
Items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend double-checking your order before completing a sale purchase.
How do I return an item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with a non-sale item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

All tags and labels are still attached

There are no signs of wear or damage
To keep things fair for everyone, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

All returns must be sent with a Track & Trace code

The sender remains responsible for the shipment until it reaches us safely
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Damaged or defective items may be replaced within 30 days of delivery

Refunds are not offered for damaged items, replacement only
