Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Once processed, your order is handed over to our shipping partner.


Estimated delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier performance.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days (excluding Hawaii)

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Australia: 4–8 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Hawaii: 7–20 business days

  • Other countries: 7–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping costs

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

To reduce environmental impact and offer free shipping to our customers, orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse in Asia.

We have chosen this fulfillment method because it:

  • Supports CO₂-neutral shipping

  • Results in approximately 30% lower carbon emissions

  • Allows us to offer free shipping on all orders, all year round


Delivery delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Peak periods or public holidays

  • Other factors beyond our control


Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

You can also track your order at any time using our “Track My Order” page.


What if my package doesn’t arrive?

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us at support@libracases.com.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund


Returns & exchanges

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Libra Cases is not responsible for return packages lost in transit

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt

  • We only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.libracases.com
